Petits bonbons, cerises prononcées avec léger goût boisé et tout ceci avec un pH digne d'un lac volcanique alcalin du fond de l'Indonésie. Bon petit lambic mais je ne comprends toujours pas la folie autours de Cantillon.

Rok zmienił to piwko, jest multum wiśni, skórek, ale też sporo nut funky i lekkie drewno, mocno cierpkie i taniczne. Fajnie

Svak duft av kirsebær, med hint av eddik. Noe pussig smak av kirsebær, syre, kjelleraktig mørk buljong&muld. (Bedret seg etter å ha stått 45 min.) Sur&tørrende i ettersmaken. Skummet forsvinner raskt, litt daff karbonering. Tappet 12 (22?) juni 2020. 6%

Pours cherry red with a thin head. Aroma is sour cherry. Taste is vineous, sour cherry
