May 2020 bottle. From the between lockdowns trip to Brussels last year. It is ageing gracefully. Slightly tart but just so, with excellent fruit. This is not becoming worse.

Agréablement surpris. C’est acidulé mais ça passe super bien puisque le fruit est très présent. J’aime les griottes et sa explose en bouche. Finale presque saline. Bien désaltérant!

Bottled March 2020. Pours a Cloudy ☁️ Red Cherry 🍒 colour. A tart and funky sour aroma. Smooth Cherry 🍒 profile. Yet finished very dry. Perfect and classic to style. Of course they invented it. Very nice indeed.

Mild musty earthy cherry, good funky wild brett yeast, dusty wet oak barrel, faint lemony, subtle sour cranberry nose, with a faint tart, winey, vinous aroma and a faint cherry pit almondy, sharp acidic lemony, funky wild brett yeast, faint sour taste.

See aastakäik on mõrkjam ja tugevama happega kui varasemad. Tugeva kirsikivide mineraalsed mekiga, kirsid on hapukad, puidu mõrkjas mekk täiendab hapukat mekki. Cantillonilt eeldaks ehk natuke tasakaalukamat mekki. Mulle aga see happesus meeldib.

Jestas. Seda kirssi keelel on võimalik visualiseerida. Ühesõnaga, super kirss. Ei ole mitte midagi liialt. Ei äädikat ei hapet ei kirssi. Kõike on täpselt super parajalt.

Not quite as good as the 5%version, maybe a bit more body to it. But it lacks this amazing lingering cherry taste, I only catch it sometimes. Or it is just chance by which barrel or bottle you get? Sourness is pronounced but nice and a hint of acidity.3.9

Happamuudessa löytyy (tietty) mutta sopii minulle. Sopivasti kirsikkaa. Alkaa lambicitkin maistumaan 🤷

Quand même bien acide, mais pas comparable à l'acidité de 3F. Funk minimal, cerises à fond, beau côté boisé, un peu bonbon, délicieuse!
