3 jaar geleden gebottled. Hierdoor is de krieksmaak naar de achtergrond. Vooral erg zuur. Had meer verwacht.

23/06/2020 batch. Totally flat, weirdly thick syrupy body and heavy acidic lemon finish. Very disappointing - would expect more from Cantillon. Worst Kriek in I had from them in decade+

L'acidité est vraiment beaucoup trop intense. Bouteille défectueuse? Concentré d'acide lactique.

What Krampus left me in my shoe. Very strong yeasty funk, mild taste of sour cherries. The sourness is almost unpleasant, like the aftertaste when you puked a bunch. But there's a woodiness that turns it pleasant again. Drunk at room temp.

Vinaigre, cerises avec un côté Brett très présent.. Cependant aucune Carbo. Peut-être un peu jeune. Mais très bon niveau comme d'habitude !

Sharp fruity, really fresh. Fresh cherries with a hint of deptness. Lively beer, very sour. A bit thin and straightforward. Great to try a young one as I usually age krieks for at least a year; their vibe is completly different.

7 Feb 75cl. Jammy almost raspberry fruit but the acid is too harsh. Had it with a sweet potato-carrot-chickpea tagine and it would’ve gone well aside from the acidity.

An abundance of fruit at this young age, to the point of sweet and sour candy. Delicious all the same but would be excellent to try another year or two down the road, should I be so fortunate as to come across this again. November 2020.
