Okkkkkk baby , on est back avec le gros lambic balancé comme une ptite acrobate sur des fil de soie. Les barrel font shiner la gueuze , that shit bang !!

Light, soft, nice subtle grape character with a bit of acidity. Mineral notes, tart, subtle lingering finish.

Catching up on Brussels drinks. Pro tip: If you go to the brewery right after Zwanze Day, there might be vintages you can try. This was aged in Italian wine barrels, adding a subtle fruitiness.
