Exquisite. Grapes all over, intensely vinous and aromatic / barrels. That Cantillon mouthfeel and subtle carbonation. Med dry funk

Sort of shocking: loads of competing wine barrel characteristics, orange pith, mildly mineral funk. This started off alienating but was very smooth, integrated and drinkable as it warmed.

Smukłe, bardzo winne, sporo dębiny, lekko czerwone jabłka, troszkę gronowych klimatów. Mało wysycone ale bardzo gładkie i z lekkim winnym finiszem. Pyszunia, świetnie się zachowało, beczki dalej robią duża robotę.
