08/21/20 check-in. Most outstanding Zwanze ever? Hyper balance and depth. A mineral film on the surface, white grapes, tart, sour-ish, small grapefruit, and the most clean lambic mouthfeel. Great.

Wow almost like I'm drinking a dry white wine. Very vinous. Tart and dry, still a clear taste of grapes
