Christmas things (12). Great but not mind boggling. Pretty much what you would expect here. Soft and pillowy, very low sourness and a little funk. Quite the malty boy for a lambic.

Lighter on the tobacco and hay funk in aroma. Bit more sour than expected, lemon peel and tangy apricot. Very light carbonation, but super silky. Less abrasive than the 3F before it, but maybe I didn't prefer that today.

Everything about this is lighter than the 3F before it (the tobacco, the funk, the carb) except for a more metallic tang in the middle that was missing from 3F. Enjoyed the more subtle approach here. Rating: 4.35

Stored by GP since 2019. Hay and barnyard funkiness. Sharp sourness. Honey and oak. Quite bitter. Nice dry finish.

La première gorgée était dingue, dommage en prenant l’air ça devient plus « classique ». Ça reste du Cantillon donc un délice.
