375 mL, 3 June 2014. I guess this year is doing ok if it wasn’t aged in South Jersey? Fruity, lemon, vanilla oak, bright funk

Funky and fantastic. Happy Zwanze! Sad face I'm not celebrating at SP.

Vineux, assez acide.

One of the few bottles left from my honeymoon 6 years ago. Incredible.

My least favorite of the four 375s. Didn’t really pop and became a bit of a chore to finish. Still solid.

31 Jan 2014 75cl. Sweet orchard fruit mixed with a strong pickled character with some herb. A bold and kinda strange one. Some orange peel on the finish.

Purchased at brewery in 2015. Surprisingly sweet and fruity. Very interesting that the barnyardy funk faded to lemony tart. Still A+ beer.

First beer of 2021. Seven year old Cantillon for good luck. Cheers y’all.

Regalo di natale tardivo di un amico. Acidità presente ma non invadente. Da tanto non bevevo un gueuze così ben fatta. Una goduria per i sensi.

Sept 10 2014 750ml. Pours great. Funky wet oak, dusty stone, and faint lemony leathery nose. Drinks a touch lazy but creamy. Heavy funk, some orange creamsicle. A bit bland and a minor plastic note distracts.

Drinking perfectly right now!! Tons of minerality, it's like there's a rock in my mouth. Dry musty lemon on the finish.

24 Sept 375. Same kinda plastic/rubber taste I’ve been getting from other old Cantillon (and only old Cantillon). Still good. Burned orange, lots of carb for cantillon.

Rare real time tick! This vintage goes heavy into the vinyl / Vaseline / weird funk that is a Cantillon hallmark. Better as it warms

Wow, this is hitting its stride. Funk, lemonade, grape skins, apple, leather, no acidity. Bottled September 10, 2014.

750 mL from April 23, 2014. A disappointing bottle. Was primarily aged at a controlled 55 degree temp, and already starting to get into that oxidized dessert wine category. Bummer.

1 Dec 2014 375ml. Rather sharp for Cantillon, with a tomatoey vinegar character. Nice river rock mineral character too. Not Cantillon at its best but still a nice drink.

Completely black cork with some sludge under the cap followed by some mild gushing. Funky, dry, and zesty but not as tart as your average Cantillon offering.

Very interesting. Not my usual type of thing I like but pretty good
