14 Feb 2022, 750ml. Light cherry skin, mild lemony tartness, good funk. Sweet cherry flesh dances on the palate on the finish. Medium body, good carbonation, nice leather and mild tartness on the finish. Fresh is great with this one, plus lamburgers

Opened up a Cantillon Kriek Lambic for my birthday this week, managed to remain intact in transit from Belgium, so smooth.

Dzikie: końska derka mocno, a nawet lekka gnojówka, owoce, przyprawy, kiszonka, trochę jogurtowe. Wiśnie, takie przyjemne, świeże, prawdziwe. Może w tle odrobina drewna. Kwaśne, lekko cierpkie. Delikatne wrażenie słodyczy, ale generalnie jest wytrawne.

LFG! This place is amazing 🥲 Lots of tart cherries. Not very acidic, pretty mellow overall with a nice sugar hit to balance it all out.

0,2 fra flaska. Lett funky aroma av svett treverk. Veldig smooth og balansert smak, med syrlighet og sødme. Grei smak sv modne kirsebær. Lette toner av kanel, men det kan komne fra kirsebærsteinene (har jeg blitt fortalt).

This always hits the spot. A little more tart cherry than dark, sweet cherry compared to the norm. Great water as usual.
