经典的樱桃lambic 没见识了喝了康子才知道昨天的泉子只是基操？美好的碳化这才叫瓶中发酵啊泉子拉了美丽的气泡一转还能在杯壁上留一圈樱桃杏仁淡淡的臭香虽然才罐装半年多但是也柔和不刺激入口有气泡感沙口感酸味不是特别明显臭香也不是很突出中后段偏苦点咽下后收口不脆回味是小酸苦有点小水感感觉不是很干（度数低了好像还不是很成熟比起某些克里克的尖酸拗苦这个没有大的硬伤香气好但是口味整体偏淡风味不是特别突出其中苦味小重还差一点意思的感觉

As usual with this kriek, there's a whole lambic sourness on the nose before the fruit (still very tart fruit – someone said like cherry stones and I think that's it) comes through in the mouth. Score increases even over the time of a tasting pour.

Zur Feier des Tages kann man sich ja auch mal alleine ne Flasche Cantillon gönnen, ne!? Deren Kriek hatte ich bisher nur auf dem Craft Festival 2019 in FFM. Abfüllung vom 19. September 2022. Der Korken ist leider super trocken, hätte fast in die Flasche
