Subtle Armagnac on the nose. Dried fruits and Forrest floor. No cork funk that’s the usual giveaway in their guezes for me. Again, subtle Armagnac on the palate. In no way is it the star of the show. Adds an oily layer that coats the front of the tongue.

Appears developed in the bottle for almost 3 years now. Musty horseblanket. Oaky sweetness and still quite full bodied. Can someone tell what’s the difference between this and the ordinary Cantillon Gueuze?

Får eik men inne mye armgnac. Villgjær og funk samt steinfrukter som dras mest mot aprikos.

Taste like batch 1 for sure! Great lambic notes, bitterness is there the barrel shines in a good way
