Cadeau du chef des Brigittines! Bien boisée et beau funk. Fermière et caramélisée. Épique avec le chou façon Paris Brest. Encore mieux quand le chef crinque Atom Heart Mother et Led ZEP dans son resto!

Appears developed in the bottle for almost 3 years now. Musty horseblanket. Oaky sweetness and still quite full bodied. Can someone tell what’s the difference between this and the ordinary Cantillon Gueuze?
