Honestly...I find this inferior to most of Cantillon's grape beers. Has a note of perilla leaf that detects for me. Still good, but I didn't find it special.

A kind traveler sitting next to us shared this exquisite beer. The Gewürztraminer pulp shines through with a bitter sweetness. Not even sure how, but it’s working!

Smooth and delicious, not too sour (although that ain't a bad thing).

Gewurtztraminer pomace. Honestly might have guessed that 🥴 Floral and a bit raisin like. Poffed it.

Only just getting round to check ins from Christmas Day, now that I’ve just about recovered 😅 Bit of a treat this one, juicy grape and smooth funk

Some sweetness from the grapes that helps balance the slight acidity.

Cantillon through and through. Tart just right, with a wonderfully chewy grape aroma. Very good and very dangerous.

Scarabée is great. Amazing spiciness from Traminer. Lots of aromatic suggestion and small curry notes. Noticeable tartness and balance. 4.40

Nice punchy grape Cantillon. Like Tarlantillon, this leaned more funky and lambic forward than most, for me. Bright, acidic grape, wood and a distinctly spicy and funky finish.

Gewürztraminer in da house. Perfekt getroffen.

Floral, sweet white wine nose. Honey syrup, grape, wood. Balanced with a vinous finish. Light tartness, almost no acidity (especially side by side with lambic daunis). Stellar, soft, complex.
