Lightly soapy, elder floral, little bit tarty and not that acidity. Little bit bitter with hoppy flavor, spicy at last. Vinous finish, and after drink funky smell came through throat to nose. Love it.

👁 Robe dorée, translucide, col fin 👃 Notes fruitées, raisin blanc, fraîcheur 👅 On retrouve les mêmes saveurs perçues au nez, c'est super équilibré, doux, pointe d'acidité, subtile. (Aurait été parfaite en pairing)
