👁 Robe dorée, translucide, col fin 👃 Notes fruitées, raisin blanc, fraîcheur 👅 On retrouve les mêmes saveurs perçues au nez, c'est super équilibré, doux, pointe d'acidité, subtile. (Aurait été parfaite en pairing)

Very aromatic, floral, jasmine in nose. First taste is quite sharp, very vinous, mineraly, more acidic than expected. Aftertaste follows more to nose - floral, sweeter side. Green apple in finish. Complex and tasty.

Big grapes in this one from the gewurtzstraimer and some nice sweet notes that represented that wine style well. Very slight woodsy backdrop with some stone fruit flavors as well from the lambic. Slight grappa flavor from the pomace. Impressive. 4.6

See lambic on rohkem vein kui õlu juba. Tugev magusapoolne rohelise viinamarja maitse domineerib. Üllatavalt magus lambicu kohta. Viinamarjade kasutamine lambicutes on ikka suurepärane mõte.
