Super clean, no Cantillon funk but it is smoothly funky, beautiful fruity aroma and smooth fruity flavoured with little tartness. Impressive. 4.5+

Für ein lambic sehr mild, kaum muffig, gewürztraminer ist noch sehr intensiv wahrnehmbar. Schmeckt trotzdem top!

Lækker viniøs på druer fra Alsace. Hvidvins fornemmelse men med god lambic bund. Lækker lækker lækker.

Ouah, le nez est a fond sur le raisin. En bouche, on reconnaît bien les marqueurs du gewurtz. Avec ses impressions de sucre résiduel par contre... C'est facile à boire.
