Among the most balanced, gentle and smooth! grape lambics from Cantillon I tried to date. The nose is just sublime, I’m a sucker fot this type of aromatics. Woody and very sous-bois! Decanting does a good job too. ;) dry finish

Impeccable. Not as sour as the Grenache Nior. Has a strong nose, but tastes like a kriek with 0% abv, except this is like 5+%. fruity.

The best red wine Lambic I’ve had by Cantillon. Vinous but still retains elements of the underlying Lambic on taste. Super complex yet retains lightness. Glorious.

Such a balance of grapes and lambic. Tart, even better than StLam. Complexity from grapes are so intense. When warmer show up a really thin lingering lactic bacteria taste, but it’s tied to the background. Tannic, funk, wild. Might only improve. 4.60

Vinous, fruity, soft acidity, light dryness. Grapes play really well with the base. Nice!

Late check-in from PastaMadre. Tons of delicious Sangiovese with Cantillon funk taking the backseat. Lower carb. Loved it

Can get the Sangiovese hints a lot. Less tannins than Signorina. White wine notes in the finish.
