Wine grape nose. Incredibly dry taste, muted fruity, vinous, funky. Didn't love this one.

Easy drinking with a nice dry tannic finish. The fruitiness of the white grapes comes through mostly on the nose alongside bright berries. Interesting!

15 avril. Pasta Madre aka le plus long souper ever. Reprise de commande, plats avant entrées, 2 entrées sur 4, mais grâce au meilleur des pires serveurs, on a pu avoir cette bouteille sans ouvrir la nôtre. Bien mais jeune encore, je laisse vieillir

Base de lambic très présente, jolie complexité ajoutée par le raisin mais que je regrette un peu trop discrète. Bien sec, super pairing avec de la pizza
