Perfectly flat pour. Nose of grapey, fruity white wine, with grassy funk. Palate follows. The flatness makes this even more wine-like, but the grapes take a backseat to the base.

Flat lambic op vin jaune vat, 2de passage. Weinig acide, vineus, pikant pepertje.

Very candy like on the palate, almost bergamot, and mild creamy curry. Nose has that typical soft walnut, a good batch of lambic jaune!

Here we are again 🤣 again spicy but balanced this time, just has lost all of the interesting parts cause it's way too easy and a bit dull. But in the end this one has no particular defects so maybe it is the "median" of all the vin jaune series

Nice fruity, slightly and somehow more funky 4-1 mix of cider and white wine vinegar. Good body.

I might have drank a couple liters of that, it's not LVEB but I always enjoy it a lot, just a hint of walnut at the end, and that fresh 2020 version has some kind of candied grape/citrus note that reminds me almost of Racine for a second, so refreshing

17 avril. Moeder Fontainas. Tsais quand est-ce que tu vas pouvoir avoir un aussi gros pour de Lambic jaune. Esti que le Fontainas c’est malade.Et que dire de cette bière de mongole qui est tellement bonne, acidité, cassonade un peu cheese. Perfect pm
