Cork says 2022, bottled 12Jan23 and brewed season 2019-2020. No 2023 on Untappd yet, so this'll do for the moment... Classic flat lambic with grains, funk, cereals, toast, lemon and oaky vanilla and spices. Balanced acidity and sourness

4.35. Bottled in Oct. 2022. Sooo good. 3rd time having this batch. Funky and lactic acid. Beautiful barrel-aged hints. Vinous. Malty in the finish.

So elegant. A classic, a traditional raw Lambic. Enormous farm notes. Leather, horse, barn, hay, sweat, Brett, dryness. Acidic, rustic, wild. Woody, oakey. Grain/cereal. Stone fruits feel. Low bodied, silky, mineral, low carb, flat. So refreshing. Lovely.

Aperol spritz i fargen. Flat. Funky, samtidig ganske mild i smak. Lambic fra sesongen 18-19, flasket i fjor. Gleder oss til Carnevale Brettanomyces.
