When the both worlds of wine and beer collide. This is fantastic

Sure, it may be the same as the 2011, but I would not be able to pick it out in a line-up. Red berries, less funk, less acidity. Less dimensionality but a profile I prefer.

Mer fruktig enn 2011. Syrligheten helt på slutten er ganske lik 2011. Litt kanel, middels høy sødme. Druene er mer komplekse enn i 2011

Jeszcze mocno winogrona, juz sporo dzikosci. Dziwnie z co2 - pienilo sie solidnie przy delikatnym nalewaniu, a wcale nie tak duzo czuc... smieszna sprawa: cos a la kriekowa pestkowosc - fajne. Bardzo wytrawny, nadal bez octu. Okolice peaku?

About 4.4 like my last ranking just shy of 2 years ago. Funky, merlot still there. Medium acidity, carbonation is light. Good to be home. Dry aged tomahawk steak, oyster sauce glazed bok choy, baked fennel / tomato / butter beans with basil chimichuri

Vinous with a nice oaky funk. Surprisingly easy to drink with an oaky finish. Not too tart/acidic. Sessionable on a warm summer evening 😎

Anniversary cellar pull. Musty oak and bright, juicy grapes with a dry finish. Medium tartness and acidity. Extremely easy to drink despite a rich depth of flavour and complexity. A not so subtle reminder that I should reach for lambic more often.

Woah this tart fruity funky lambic was excellent ! 2019 did not show its age in terms of carbonation and complexity. Survived the test of time beautifully. I’m not a fruited lambic purist ! However enjoyed this one for sure . 4.65/5 Ty Rory M.

Sensational. Impeccable blend of sweet, tart and funky. Held up well from 2019 - got the sense it had mellowed just a touch. Bright fruity grape, with musty oak, sourness and a peppery finish adding a great deal of complexity.

Lci, Baal. Top!
