ここのビール屋さん、半分が普通のクラフトビールでLambic beerが10タップもある！すごくない！？もちろん…オーダーしました✌️ Merlotのワインのような風味で、発酵された癖のある酸味。美味しい！赤ワインがすきで癖系サワー好きな人は是非是非オススメ！私これ好き！

I’ll be missing the mega Cantillon take over here tomorrow, but at least I got a pour of this tonight! Super vinous, tart, tannic and delicious! Pretty still carbonation. Delicious

4.15 This one was pretty damn acidic, more so than on previous visits. Too bad.

Licht zuur, funk, hout en mooi fruitig van de Merlot druiven die er uitermate goed in zitten. Zacht, mooi rond en uitstekend gebalanceerd met een lichtte maar prikkelend bittere afdronk. Een van de betere Cantillons die ik tot nu toe heb gedronken

Massa bär och druvor, björnbär, hallon, vinbär, röda druvor, tanniner, ek, härlig funk. Torr avslutning som får munnen och vattnas, gott för sig själv, passade utmärkt till oxfilén. Om inte Cantillon bästa öl så iallafall en av deras bästa.
