November 27. Lots of fruit and noyaux baking. Effervescent. Medium/medium+ acidity. Light funk. 4.4

Had this a few days ago on its 6th birthday(4/28/17). Beautiful color, and a really nice batch with the classic Cantillon kriek profile….sour morello cherry, lemon, light vanilla, house bacteria, leather, and misc funk.

Pretty strong upfront. Once it settled it was strong cherry but enjoyable.
