Lovely profile. Just floral, earthy. Rustic. Medium aggressiveness. Farm grip. Funky and moldy. Apple/pear and citrus. So easy. Acidic/acetic. Woody, oakey. Grainy. Low-medium bodied, silky, smooth, almost soft. Mineral. Young Lambic. Lovely. Easy/classy.

Blijft toch een van m'n favoriete Canti's met weer heel veel funk, mooi aanwezig zuurtje, wat hooi, veel groene appeltjes en uiteraard geen koolzuur waardoor deze heerlijk vol en toch zacht is

This comes close to wine. A very nice wine too! A light sour, no carbon and a very dry finish. Top stuff.

So we move onto Belgian course of the evening. Quite a treat having this as it can only be bought 1 per person. Slightly sour, but not overly so. Hint of acidity for 5%. Funky aroma almost weed esque

Don’t love the flatness. The flavor is interesting but it’s missing the carbonation.
