Courtesy Chris Y. Sour and funky. Almost no carbonation, but it’s surprisingly great like that. Slightly acidic.

Sin carb. Difícil entender eso en un primer momento aunque lo sepas. Cuando toma temperatura y se abre es una hermosura. Muy compleja. Lambic de 3 años sin blendear..

Petit apéro pour la fête du beau-père qui a raté le tirage! Ça surprend toujours du tranquille même quand tu le sais! Un peu beurre/pommes vertes. Peu sûre.

A bit light on carbonation and more time in the bottle would likely do this good. Wish we could take it back and cellar it but the weight and space make it impossible. The taste is young but the flavor is, again, there. A lot of similarities.Side-by-side?

I was taken aback at first by the lack of carbonation. Apparently that's how unblended lambics are bottled! Sour but tasty. Beautiful color.
