It's a classic for a reason. This is pretty much the definition of a gueuze, with strong astringency, pepperiness, a sour kick, and something like a salty middle. Super interesting and complex, but definitely not for everyone.

핵과를 중심으로 자두같은 느낌도 좀 섞임. 맛도 도드라지는거 없으면서 단단하게 채워줌. 이거 먹고 세종두블레에 코박으면 콘푸로스트향밖에 안남. 역시 굳

Zapach pestkowe, cytrusy, funky, średnio intensywne. Smak pół wytrawne, kwaskowate, cytrusy, funky, skórka, lekko derka, grzeczne mocno.

Unfortunately poured wrongly by the bartender so very hazy and hence bitter. Fruity aroma. Has a bit of jonge lambik character.
