Still prefer 3F OG but this is super tasty. A little more on the citrus and apple side of the spectrum.

Pretty difficult to rate. Starts as a regular and in shape cantillon gueuze, lemony and funk, some tears like little mineral, bit tart and grapefruity. Tends to have a little acetic drift with warming. 4.15. As usual pretty good with mussels 😅
