Ganz ganz klassischer Gütegeschmack, aber bei diesen Bier ausgewogener als bei dem Großteil aller anderen. Nicht zu sauer, nicht zu stallig und der Korken war nicht zu fest drin. Zudem Bio für das gute Gewissen und die gute Sache. Toll umgesetzt, stark.

Nez bien funky avec du cuir, de la poussière et un côté végétal. En bouche c'est plutôt sur le citron, avec une acidité maîtrisée, et c'est vraiment très ample. Pas très complexe à ce stade mais très aromatique, vraiment très agréable.
