My first from Cantillon. Been keeping an eye out for years now and finally got lucky. Just excellent. Funk, oak, tartness, all there, but its all so well rounded and nuanced.

The last one I had was a 2020 cork and this is 20/21, very interesting. This is tasting so stellar right out of the gates!

A trip to the farm! Lots of funk and dry straw. Apparently Vancouver gets a lot of these half bottles so I decided to support the BC economy. Sure it’s the “shelf” Cantillon but nothing to complain about here. 4.35

Just God damn freaking perfection. I'm really in awe over Cantillon's beers, and they seem to never disappoint. The balance between fruityness, tartness and hoppyness is just inexplainable. And I was never even the big lambic/sour fan. So cheers.

Excellent. Slightly sharp, mouthwatering, green pepper, stone fruit, effervescent. Lingers nicely. Tempted to mark down for needing a bottle opener and a corkscrew like some kind of safe cracker... Delicious.

The star of the show....only the second time in my life I've ever seen a Cantillon beer on tap. A fantastic beer.

Excellente gueuze! Notes citronnés et de pomme verte, un peu d'abricot en réchauffant, juste assez tart, un peu de chêne, bon côté fermier, pointe cheesy, bon équilibre général, ça se boit très bien.

Meir utprega, både funk, kompleksitet og dei vanlige unike geuze-prega enn dei fleste av sine konkurrenta. Men trur ej foretrekke en forfriskande topp 3F OG over dinne ja.
