Beautiful offering from Cantillon once again. Appealing nose leading to an upfront and pleasant tart profile. Prominent fresh raspberry flavors with a very subtle vanilla backbone. Not too sweet, well balanced and extremely flavorful Lambic. 🤌

Tellement un nice produit, vraiment content de le reboire. Pastry lambic est la meilleure façon de le décrire. Ultra tart, avec un gros backbone de fruits et de vanille. Délicieux.

Pours a dark red/purple in color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor shows notes of tart raspberry, blueberry, vanilla, old oak, barnyard funk, and a firm tartness. Medium bodied, smooth with lively carb and a tart berry finish. Always good

Zuur, maar niet te. Droog, maar niet te. Kers/framboos, maar niet te. Wrang, maar niet te..geweldig in balans. Misschien een tikje te veel koolzuur, maar verder oh zo fijn.

Great to experience the lambic in Brussels. Bottle share with ‘last day of being 21ish’ David B. A light raspberry and blueberry and nice hint of vanilla lambic. Not to tart and low acidic with heaps of fruity flavour. Definitely my preferred style.

First time in this, been wanting to try for ages, lovely balance of fruit, super smooth also. Tomorrow starts at Cantillon.
