Young and aggressive raspberry hits you hard and funky. Take a deep breath, you can survive the attack if you take it easy. Not light and delicate like Rose de Gambrinus, but heavy berry with funky vinegar. Ultra sour like all Cantillon lambics are.

Tartness, raspberries, vanilla, sourness, wood and bitterness. Tasty. The vanilla hides the tartness still too much.

Volle bak frambozen maar gelukkig ook een duidelijke tegenlading vanille zodat het geheel geen overdreven bekken trekker wordt. Prima zuurtje voor op een druilerige zondag.
