And now, this is a real treat. Maybe a bit dessert-ish for a Cantillon, but I cannot imagine a more beautiful way to finish today's beer tasting. Lotta vanilla and framboise, sweet but not too much, way more dense than they use to be. Really liked it.

Blueberry at the start, fades into raspberry, long finish that tastes strangely like PEZ...no seriously...I swear I'm not drunk yet...

Fruity, well balanced with hints of vanille. Not so sour as the gambrinus.

Pretty good, missing that marshmallowy vanilla on the finish that previous vintages had. An otherwise delicious berry lambic.

Intense Lou Pepe raspberries, a few blueberries, fine hints of vanilla, very fresh, nice carbonation, funky, dry and a little wood with good acidity pleasantly creeping up.
