Probably my favorite today! Big time tropical fruit, passion fruit, almost resinous too, perfume, floral, medium funk, vanilla, drying earthy oak. Amazing, so many layers!

Toujours une de mes références Cantillon! Même si les souvenirs ne se ressemblent

Magnificent as usual. Made for lasting forever imo, can't wait to try old Vin Santo in the future.

C’est superbe, du raisin blanc expressif mais en gardant un belle subtilité, une sacrée découverte !

It's got a mild funk. Trebbiano grape. Bubbly. Very interesting. Would drink again.

Was under the impression that Cantillon's grape lambics focus on displaying dry and earthy notes. This was very different. Very fruity, white grape juice, lovely bit of sweetness.

Brussels #16 Wow, Cantillon does not disappoint. Almost a fine Champagne, a grape aroma that comes through as a wonderful white wine with a fantastically balancing level of carbonation that cuts through the dry finish. Just a touch of tart to end.

A masterpiece. The dynamics here are mind-blowing: Deep, vinous aspects, yet somehow manifesting as incredibly delicate, with hints of tart apple and Riesling. It carefully coats the palate, leaving a sharp finish that leaves you begging for more. Insane.
