Lambic - Fruit

A collaboration between Tenuta di Capezzana & Cantillon. A blend with the pomace of Trebbiano grapes and 2 year old Lambic. Before being blended with the lambic, the grapes were dried for 4 months on mats.

Аромат сладкий, изюма. Вкус сложный вначале сладкий. Очень напоминает итальянское десертное вино. Хорошие ноты винограда, дерево, перец, луговые травы. Но потом накатывает кислинка со всей крассой бреттов и смешивается с этими винными составляющими.
