Pairing avec une focaccia aux épices très réussi. C'est peau de fruits rouges assez épais, gourmand, bonne longueur et bonne acidité

Honnête. Camerise en retrait, avec une belle base de Cantillon usuelle. Mais bon j'peux pas chialer jsuis juste content d'y goûter

Mhh owocki, fajne, dobrze ryj wykręcaja. Trochę mało stajni. W butelce było ciutke więcej gazy. Ale i tak pyszne 😋

Super complex very good flavor! It is like an explosion in your mouth of bitter complex berry flavors. A wine in disguise.

Toujours sympa, nez assez mentholé, un peu moins en bouche, petit côté un peu poivré, beaucoup de fruit. Pas vraiment complexe mais kiffante

Beautiful color. This “blue blood” beer is awesome. Notes of blueberry and honey with the right amount of tartness. No wonder it’s a pilgrimage for wild beers!

750ml bottle @ Cantillon. Pours a hazy dark reddish purple colour with a medium pink head. Nose is filled with nice funk and what I can assume is haksap berries. Flavour is jammy berries, blueberries, mild funk, and a tartness. Light bodied, ok...

Geen typische Cantillon. Vrij dun, wat waterig zelfs, zurig, fruit neemt het over van de funk. Wat wrang. Later walst het wat meer zoals we gewend zijn
