Lambic - Fruit

Lambic blend with blue honeysuckle, or haskap, berries. For the past two years, we’ve been making a fruited blend with Camerise berries in small quantities. These berries are slightly sweet with a beautiful acidity. We didn’t have to look very far for a its new name... a blue fruit that makes a blood-red beer: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself once again, creating a superb new label to go with its new name.

闻香比较尖锐的红酒醋 隐隐约约的蓝莓味完全被挤压在尖锐的果酸味之下 有一些明显的发酵味 入口清晰可辨的蓝莓味 但不重 后段的到兰比克风味的渐变有点像magic lambic 增味的变化相对今晚的两款单薄了些 但也只是相较而言 本身的素质还是可以的 4.2

香りは少し甘みすら感じるハスカップなアロマ。味わいは香りほど思ったより甘くなく、ハスカップのドライな酸味がしっかり強い。ちょっと単調な感じはあるけど、変な甘みはなくて量は全然飲めますね。アメリカのサワーみたいにフルーティだなー

ジャムめいた甘い果実の香りから、含むと酸味の効いた味わい。 トップは厚みがかなり薄く、底に向かうに従って果実ブブンだけ厚みが増して行く。Cantillon特有のくすんだ旨味がほぼ無いけれどアメリカのフルーツワイルドエールとして飲むとスイスイ飲めて美味しい。ある程度寝かせて果糖が発酵すれば旨味も増すだろうか?
