闻香比较尖锐的红酒醋 隐隐约约的蓝莓味完全被挤压在尖锐的果酸味之下 有一些明显的发酵味 入口清晰可辨的蓝莓味 但不重 后段的到兰比克风味的渐变有点像magic lambic 增味的变化相对今晚的两款单薄了些 但也只是相较而言 本身的素质还是可以的 4.2

Équilibre et légèreté. On a ici un fruit très fin sur une base lambic douce. A mon gout trop fine et discrète je dirais que c'est très bon mais trop pointu. A voir dans quelques années quand le lambic aura pris en force

香りは少し甘みすら感じるハスカップなアロマ。味わいは香りほど思ったより甘くなく、ハスカップのドライな酸味がしっかり強い。ちょっと単調な感じはあるけど、変な甘みはなくて量は全然飲めますね。アメリカのサワーみたいにフルーティだなー

Intense ree wine and blueberries in nose, tart and funk as well. Medium body, smooth mouthfeel. In mouth tart, dry, funk, and berries . Very well done and tasty

ジャムめいた甘い果実の香りから、含むと酸味の効いた味わい。 トップは厚みがかなり薄く、底に向かうに従って果実ブブンだけ厚みが増して行く。Cantillon特有のくすんだ旨味がほぼ無いけれどアメリカのフルーツワイルドエールとして飲むとスイスイ飲めて美味しい。ある程度寝かせて果糖が発酵すれば旨味も増すだろうか？

During Zwanze Day at the Hoppy Pub Thessaloniki. This was the best beer of the night. Vibrant berries, along with a unique dry aftertaste that sticks in the back of your tongue. I've had Camerise last year kegged, but this was better. Tried it 2 times.

Interesting fruit flavour that is puckeringly sour with a pleasing earthy depth.

Tart fruity lambic followed by what come close but pulls back from a blue cheese like flavor at the finish. I love the ride.
