Had some great news today! My old man is clean! (cancer free). Popping an older one.. Funky! Can have way more age on it.. Oh and yeah my ankle is doing fine too 😊

Now, I must say, the beer IS very good, and I don’t give it a 4.5 stars lightly. HOWEVER, some of these other reviews are VERY deceiving. I’m not sure if Gueuze paid for these or what, but this beer is NOT dry! I spilled it all over my wife and she is PI-

Bottled 10/22/15 - last had this Oct '18. All the lemony/citrus tart is gone, but musty, earthy funk has stepped up fabulously. Apple note on the nose is a new thing for me from a Cantillon. My bring, courtesy of Mitch Reed.

NotGT backlog. Not nearly as sharp as da Bokke. More gently sweet b4 classic barnyard cheesy funk n lmn juice acidity roll out. Da 2015 vintage aged 8ish years added some must. OG Guezer always a treat.

바디 좋다. 전반적으로 둥글둥글한데 그 안에가 캐릭터로 꽉꽉 차있음. 사과 볏짚 똥내 꽉꽉. 산미는 사과식초느낌. 효모취가 계속 두루두루 끝까지 따라와주는 와중에 사과가 숑숑 나와서 맛있음. 팔레트가 눈에 띄게 길어서 역시 좋음~~

향은 요새 괴즈보다 곰팡이, 젖은가죽내가 진함 특별한 맛이 나는건아닌데 맛이 진하기도 진하고 맛의 밸런스가 정말 뛰어나다. 끝쪽에 잔향이 쭉올라오면서 입안에 맴도는데 상당히 인상적이다. 4.55

Sept 1 2015 bottle. Super cheese must and funk. Touch of oxidation creeping in but otherwise fun and unique.
