Super Boon-like funk. Cheesy, dusty, subtle grape notes, very low acidity. Great stuff, and super underrated.

Bartender recommended it and claimed it was the last bottle so “it’s a must.” Red wine + sour cherry + beer had a baby, and it’s delicious.

Cantillon on tap in Amsterdam! Stoked to find this after so many days of German beers. Very friendly bartender too 🍻

This one basically tastes like slightly tart wine. In the best way. Big merlot-like red grapes, mild peppery spice. Tannic and slightly bitter finish. Awesomeness. So spoiled with unbelievable lambic this week.
