Strong fruit, and deep rich color. A touch tannic in a great way. Thanks Dan H.

23 DECEMBER 2021-Very vinuos on the nose with some light musty funk and just a touch of barnyard. Lots of grape up front...starts slightly sweet but turns more tart in the finish. Tart grape mixes with lemon, red wine, grape skins, and oak in the finish.

Lambics competed well against stouts this warm DLD.

4.30. Nice. Beautiful grape presentation. Juicy and easy-drinking. Slightly sweet.

Pretty much grape-forward with still lots to develop and grown. No off flavors at all. Intense indeed, tannic too. Can’t wait to see how it will age. 4.30

Low carbonation, very nice

Reminds me a lot of Divin, but better imo. Lots of candied red grape and nice tannins, but all very smooth and more complexe. Very berry forward and a little sweet from it right now but will get more interesting I think.

Nice body and mouthfeel on this one. First taste is dope but there’s zero finish on this one. Bit of a pity as this could have been magnificent

Note vinose, tanniche. Media acidità bilanciata da una certa dolcezza da mosto. Tocco Cantillon inconfondibile.

EurHop 2022 backlog. Sabato. Mi sembra un po' più gentile di St Lamvinus nonostante la classica acidità di Cantillon. Tannica. 4.3

Tart grapes, lemon, grapefruit, leather, grass, and a great level of sourness. Quite dry.
