Complètement ailleurs avec cette batch côté saveurs. J’ai plus aimé certaines versions antérieures mais je trouve ça excellent. Le funk se marie bien au caractère singulier des barriques employées.

Really bright and fruity fresh. Clean, woody, playful acidity.

Dobre. Słodkie, kwasne, lekko ściągające, dzikie. Pijalne w opór. Idealne na lato lub na wspomnienie lata. :)

From the delicate, to the punchy. The barrels act as a catalyst for an explosion of flavours: liquor, marmalade, dry raisins, with a hefty dose of added funk, it all blends into a beautifully balanced finish that feels like a soured Barley Wine. Wow.

Brussels #17 Another stunner. Aroma of dried fruit and barrel aging the flavour is intense dried fruitiness with a touch of oak that can best be described as marmalade. The usual long dry and tart finish, totally funky and amazingly good.

Barrels give it quite an interesting character which works for me. Subtle sweetness then the funk & complexity comes out. Clear winner between the 3!

Cracking. Lots of barrel notes evident, sweet in the finish with some cognac & marsala coming through

2 and 3 year lambic with addition of a blend of 50% Cognac, 25% rum, 25% Marsala, adding complexity to aroma and taste. Lasting soft mousse head. A lightly tart lime-like lambic core with cognac depth, rum spice, and Marsala in the long finish.

Oh man. What. A. Blend. Everything comes forth in this one especislly the marsala. Huge aging potential on this!
