This beer is way boozier than I remember for this series. Kinda flat too. I usually really enjoy this beer, but I'm really not feeling this bottle. Just way too much barrel rather than gueuze.

The blending and regular cognac aging already sounded boggling, and this has multiples. So much going on in a gentle way... or so it seems to start with. So smooth on top of the lambic sourness.

Long time since I’ve had a 50N, thanks Jeremy! Nose has suggestions of sulfur, mild minerality, green grass. Palate has some super overripe lemon, green grass, hints of the cognac barrel. Very nice.

Very strong cognac aroma. Some ethyl acetate. Taste is oaky, mellow, slightly vinegar but not overpowering. Full bodied mouthfeel. Low carbonation.

21/22season。金黄透亮外观，泡沫残留少，闻香胡椒，皮革，果皮。酒体轻，圆润柔和，杏子酸甜，果核微苦。些许丹宁涩。z地标最好的就是这独特的闻香了，欲罢不能
