Regenachtige dag met af en toe flinke stortbuien gehad. Dus maar wegdrinken met deze Cantillon. Druiven naar heeft ook iets weg van steenvruchten. Mooi zuurtje maar niet overdreven. Goeie toelie. L

扎实的后段，酸臭感不重，很柔和的入口体验，果汁感饱满，单宁感有点类似于香槟，放了10分钟后，冰片和一些些草本的感觉明显，后段甜感更加饱满

Aromas remember a Riesling from the Mosel, with the characteristic mineral petroleum. On palate it tastes quite unlike other Cantillons I've had, complex, fruity, slightly citric reminiscent of pineapple, slight salty finish.

Out of this world. A very uncommon green grapes profile. Fruit peel. Tannic. Herbal, vegetal, fresh, pungent. Tart, acidic, rustic. Funky, leathery. Absolutely classy. A juice. Slightly citrusy. Moldy. Floral. Deep. Low bodied, mineral, crispy. Beautiful.

闻香层次感非常强且富有变化，些微funky以及融合的葡萄，核果，柠檬到麝香葡萄逐渐占据上风最后慢慢出来一点草本的味道。入口则是相当细腻优雅轻盈的葡萄表现，没有寻常葡萄在舌头上的丹宁感以及涩感，可能是因为用的是葡萄果渣，好喝。

随着回温，慢慢的体现层次和状态，从霉香和模糊葡萄酒桶风味，逐步展示麝香葡萄，草本，桃杏类核果等等香气，酸，单宁，回甘平衡的不错，整体上没有因为过多的葡萄混合出现不适配的感受，厉害的 618父亲节？给自己点颜色看看

Geur: fruitig, zuur, wijnachtig. Mooi zacht van smaak. Fris, mild zuur, fruitig, druif, witte wijn, iets citrus, funky en licht sprankelend. Volle, fruitige, cleane en mild zure afdronk, eindigt iets droog. Balans en smaak zijn van topniveau.

EB Frilltessence 2023. Paired with Toast Skagen. Bright and very tasty even at this young age. Will be interesting to see how this develops with time.
