Had way better batches. They started to release too young beers, so this one is mainly an elegant "salami lambic" (not just the skin, it's really meaty). Way after half glass the fruit starts to show consistently. Good, but had better. 3.85? 3.9?

I wish it was more juicy and less acidity. But Aroma is fresh same as the other Fou'.

During Zwanze Day at the Hoppy Pub Thessaloniki. The most fresh Fou I've ever had untill now, less than a month kegged. Fresh apricots were dominant in the flavor, but lambic was almost completely hidden. As Jean suggests it needs around a year to open up

Lci. Zeer pure smaak van abrikoos met een licht zuurtje, vrij zacht en mooi gebalanceerd. Wel duidelijk te warm gedronken, toch meer een ijskast Lambik deze

Something in the basic Cantillon yeast strain doesn’t fully agree with my taste buds, but this tart fruity apricot blend isn’t too bad. Fun on tap. Beyond comprehension that a bottle sells for up to 200$ in the US 🙄. Say no more…🤐

I'm okay with this one, but it's not my favorite. This was really smooth, though. Not that I expected anything less.
