Very interesting Zwanze blend this year. The black pepper is very mild as far as spice or heat goes, but very floral and has a big lemon pepper vibe. I really dig it! Hoping to try a bottle with some age on it again down the road.

Black pepper really made it into something so unique. The aroma was amazing. I also love peppery saisons and this was definitely memorable. Bravo!

The most unique pour of the day. The black pepper provides a spicy aroma and the black pepper lingers through the entire finish. Just a bit of funk. I honestly loved this. So different than anything I’ve ever had and gives new meaning to a “peppery” beer

Wow! Ultra aromatic pepper scent, mix of green, pink & white peppers, w/ a herbal backdrop. Some citrus, mild dry tartness, floral finish that reminds to that of the pink pepper husk. Just great!

So much pepper on the nose. Like smelling a pepper grinder. Tons of herbal notes, bit of lemon maybe too. Can’t imagine someone doing a better pepper beer. Well done Cantillon.

Wow, so much better than I expected, one of the best Zwanzes imho, especially on tap (bottle still need time to mellow). Tons of pepper on the nose with all its nuances, lemon too, flagrant but no bite. Palate is similar but more complex, ....

Zwanze w listopadzie? Jak najbardziej, jeszcze jak. Pyszne piwko, bardzo zyskuje po ogrzaniu. Mocno pieprzne, ściągające, stajenne, drzewne. Mógłbym mieć takie perfumy.

Superb treat, aroma is sweet, peppery and a little acidic. Flavor is peppery, a little spicy but not overwhelming. Really glad I had chance to try this!
