Un bon côté fruit rouge. Mais un peu brouillon en bouche pour moi. Pas ma préférée

Tasty! There’s definitely a musty old pot thing going on, some like aged sweet sherry, very funky for something on draft

很喜欢这种酒体颜色,很好入口,有点类似于泡菜?酸香,草莓味,葡萄小甜酒的感觉

Intense, full, complex. Fusion of sweet wine qualities and lambic sourness and funk that works really well. Dry aftertaste with some tannins.

parcel where the poulsard and trousseau are grown. Pomace. 3 months maceration on the skins. 2 year lambic. Mix of both grapes. Very vinous. Fruity and some sweet and dry tart.

At the source. And at the intersection of wine and beer. Vinous nose. Fruity, grapey, almost grape Kool Aid on the tongue. Settles into a smooth, soft sipper.

Light and a little rosé-like. Fruity with a touch of tannins. Subtle but quite tasty.

2+2=5, better than the sum of its Poulsard and Trosseau parts, fun flavor profile that belies the relative seriousness of its wine pedigree

Wow. Nærmest vingummi sødt anslag, inden frugt og syre tager over. Minder mig om sherry/hedvin, jeg fornemmer den lette maceration med druerne, sødmen de bidrager med og en sindsygt flot balance. Bestilte lidt rilette til - hjernedød parring.

EB Frilltessence 2023. Paired with deep fried herring. Slightly simpler than the trousseau but still tasty. This one I’d say needs another 2-3 years to find its prime.
