Très light, profil type des cépages Poulsard et Trousseau! Le profil nature de ces cépages là sortent en malade! Peu sucré, un peu fromager au nez, goûteux en masse! Délicat, mais explosif!? Gros oui!

On en boirait des litres, le raisin s'est fondu dans le lambic, ca amène un côté frais et jus de raisin, finale sur le bois, très bien équilibrée. C'est bon.

Uitzonderlijk, bijzonder aroma van dat niet onmiddellijk aan een andere druif of vrucht of gist doet denken, wat 'oud', in de mond zeer mooie fruitigheid, eerder frambozen of aardbeien .. zeer intrigerend bier, aan te bevelen !

Bottled 2022. Fruity, tarty and a bit acidic nose. Watery mouthfeel, a bit of watermelon maybe. Raspberry acidic and also tartiness. Paired with Salt brined shrimp/Seaweed/Freekeh/Pomegrenade/Muhammara

第二次饮用，比上次好喝很多。泡菜味变得更内敛，甜感和矿物感更加细腻。顺滑且结构完整。我觉得已经非常接近一杯好喝的葡萄酒了。
