Flat, vinous, very smooth tartness. Could definitely do with more aging, but it's honestly a very pleasant grapey lambic-juice. Could go very well with some dessert.

Wow i really like this one, lambic with extreme wine characteristics from the merlot grapes

Best St. Lam since years. Beyond the powerful new grapes added — complexity from Syrah and Grenache — I think it sit in the bottle for the proper time before release. Vinous, acidic, complex taste of wood, tannic, tartness all mixed in the best way. 4.60

I do love a St Lam but I don’t think I’ve had it this fresh before. Bottled November. It’s packed full of juicy grape, a little bitterness in the finish, tart, low funk, crushable. I real easy drinker. Delicious

This wasn't my favorite Lam. While the complexity and funk were extremely on point, I missed the fruity fresh grapes that I'm used to from fresh bottles. Still excellent.

Delicieusement vineuse! Grosse présence du raisin en bouche

Very balanced, yet high on tannins. Great vintage

This one is always a pleasant beer, tart and so reminiscent of southern French wines, perhaps bolder than other lambics with grapes.

As people mentioned, one of the best fresh vintages. Less seeet than pure merlot, softer tannins. Already drinking wonderfully

Mellow from the bottle, sweet berries, hint of funk, dry on the finish.
