Round 4. Wine interesting, boozy, honey, oxidised, like weak mead. More depth to the beer, but I did get the dregs with this one

Lambic vin jaune en fût au soleil, avec un plateau de fromages/charcuteries du premier fromager de Belgique. Buvabilité incroyable pour le style. Life’s good.

This was the final bottle at the brewery, I remember it being well layered and fairly complex with some smokiness/earthiness on top of a tarty sour base.
