A (hidden) gem in the Cantillon catalog. The Hallertau add a fresh citrus and elderflower touch that melds nicely with the sourness, and a light herbal bitterness to the light wooden and funky base. 4.25+

Wandering into a Cantillon tap takeover. Very happy with this

Dry, funky, floral a real nice change of pace in the sea of bwizzle and big BA stout

Pleased to happen across the last bottle of this in GW. 16.2.23. This beer is hard to beat. I love the fruit Cantillon, but this, when fresh, at 5%, dialled down acidity, gentle euro hops, represents beer craft at its peak.

I ❤️ Monk’s and I ❤️ Cantillon….beautiful little earthy lambic with just a bit of sweetness

Awesome lambic. Vibrant and sharp, with a moderate acidity. Sweet floral notes balance an earthy hay backbone, finishing with a complex oak character.

Hay, farmyard horse blanket. Tart but not brutal. Slight lemon. Glorious.

Ok tør faktisk. Saison vibes. Men det er lækkert. Fint afbræk fra al bølle vinen 🌝
